UNOPS: Second Steering Committee Meeting on EU4Digital Justice Project

Within the framework of the EU4Digital Justice project, the second meeting of the Steering Committee gathered representatives from key institutions and project partners to review progress and define priorities for the next phase. The meeting served as an important platform to reflect on achievements to date while aligning on the strategic direction moving forward. 

Opening remarks were delivered by Ms Sabine Kania, Head of the UNOPS Office, and Ms Cinzia Tarletti, Head of the Good Governance and Rule of Law Sector at the EU Delegation to Albania. Both speakers emphasized the importance of transitioning from fragmented, stand-alone systems toward more integrated and sustainable digital solutions that can effectively support the justice sector.

During the discussions, the Committee acknowledged the steady progress of the project. At the same time, participants highlighted that the success of the new Case Management System will depend not only on technical design but also on the people who will use it, recognizing that its introduction represents a significant organizational change.
