UNOPS Continues Cooperation with SPAK under EU4Digital Justice project

Cooperation between UNOPS and the Special Structure Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has been further strengthened for the year 2026, through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding under the EU4Digital Justice project. The agreement was signed by Mr Klodjan Braho, Head of SPAK, and Ms Sabine Kania, UNOPS Albania and Kosovo Country Manager.

The memorandum establishes a framework for enhanced collaboration aimed at promoting transparency, accountability, and the rule of law in Albania. It reflects a shared commitment to advancing institutional capacity and supporting ongoing justice sector reforms.

EU4Digital Justice is a European Union-funded project implemented by UNOPS, which contributes to Albania’s EU accession process by strengthening the rule of law and fostering public trust in the justice system through digital transformation.
