ILO-Policy note: The Economic Assistance Programme in Albania: challenges and reform trends

This policy note summarises the challenges facing the economic assistance (Ndihma Ekonomike) programme in Albania and presents the key issues for further discussion. This note is based on the ILO report Reform of the Economic Assistance programme in Albania: Issues and challenges (ILO, 2022) developed within the framework of the Joint UN Programme “Strategic policy options for SDG financing.”
