WHO: Raising public awareness on immunisation on World Immunization Week

During European Immunization Week and World Immunization Week, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection and the Ministry of Defense, in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) in Albania, organized a vibrant awareness-rising flashmob on a pedestrian street of Tirana. Members of the Army Music Band participated in this lively event, adding a dynamic musical element to the initiative. 

The flashmob aimed to raise awareness about the importance of vaccinations in preventing diseases and protecting public health. Participants, including healthcare professionals, military personnel, and citizens, came together in a dynamic display to promote the life-saving benefits of immunization. The flashmob highlighted the critical role of vaccines in safeguarding communities, encouraging widespread participation and commitment to vaccination programs across the country.
