2021 Joint Work Plans: The Mid-Year Review

This is the 2021 Mid-Year Review of the work of United Nations Country Team in Albania implemented under the Government of Albania and United Nations Programme of Cooperation for Sustainable Development 2017-2021.



This review presents progress made in the implementation of the Joint Work Plans during 1 January –  31 August 2021, including the UN Albania support to the earthquake and COVID-19 response, thanks to the strong partnership between 17 UN organizations with Government, development partners, CSOs, academia and the private sector.

It also highlights key implementation challenges, programme delivery and funding needs, communications and SDGs efforts to date.
